Our client is a leading electronic trading company and is looking to hire into the Trading and Risk Team. 

This will be to work with IT, Quants and Traders in a delivery focussed manner to ensure that they are both trading and hedging in the most efficient way. 

This is not an administrative role however there will be a need to understand the dependencies, priorities, business benefits and look after communication and coordination.  This is a dynamic organisation with a relatively flat structure and there will be a direct line into the Chairman and the C.E.O.

Some experience of Agile working methods would be beneficial however is not essential and when good ideas are suggested they will be implemented with limited planning.  More strategic projects will also be within the book of work and an appreciation of how to balance the two delivery methods is important.

An appreciation of Equities, Trading and Risk is key and also confidence in communication with Technology.
